Crockpot Barbecue Chicken
Ingredients
- 175g Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ground pepper to taste
- 1 tsp chopped fresh chillies
- 1 red onion
- 1kg chicken breast
Preparation
- Dry brine the chicken in salt the day before
Instructions
- Dice the red onion.
- Add the sauce and seasonings to the pot and stir.
- Add the onion and stir.
- Add the brined chicken breasts and coat.
- Cook for 5 hours.
- Take off of the heat and let it cool down.
- Use two forks to tear the chicken before serving as 5 portions.
