We should focus on any disparity between “black” criminals killed by police versus criminals of other races. If we see a higher proportion of violent criminals killed by police have darker skin colour, we should investigate that, but the statistics offer no such disparity. We can look at non-criminals killed by police and do the same. Once again, there is no discrepancy.
