Pasta al Salmone
Ingredients
- 125g asparagus tips
- 170g pasta
- 10g butter
- 1 lemon
- 100ml single cream
- 100g smoked salmon
- fresh parsley
- salt, pepper, and MSG
Instructions
- Boil a pot of water with 2 tablespoons of salt
- Zest the lemon and finely chop
- Finely chop the fresh parsley
- Once boiling add the asparagus, cut into 1 inch pieces, and cook for 2 minutes
- Melt the butter in a pan on medium heat
- Scoop out the asparagus before adding the pasta
- Fry the asparagus in the pan for a minute or two
- To the pan, add the cream along with the lemon zest
- Season the cream according to taste
- Once cooked, add the pasta to the pan along with the parsley and smoked salmon
