I’m not satisfied with our justifications for a few enormously important phenomenon:
- Free speech
- “Natural rights of man”
- Democracy
Their value speaks for themselves and maybe that’s good enough. But the “fuzzy boundaries” (Wittgenstein) are uncomfortable.
