The level at which a problem is manifested is the level at which it needs to be analysed. If we have a cylinder in three dimensions analysing it in two will not help. It will appear to us a circle or a rectangle. Even multiple perspectives at this level of two dimensions wouldn’t guarantee a grasp of the reality; a circle and a rectangle cannot be easily reconciled.
