Not Really Ramen

Serves 1

Ingredients

Sugarsnap peas & babycorn
15g English mustard
25g tom yum paste
MSG & ground pepper
80g buckwheat soba noodles
1 chicken stock cube
Chilli (to taste)
Cooked chicken breast

Instructions

Boil the water in a saucepan
Fry the vegetables in a separate pan
Add a small amount of the hot water to a jug with the mustard, paste,and stock cube
Once vegetables are browned add the broth with the chilli, MSG, and pepper to the pan
Reduce and add the chicken
To the boiling water in the saucepan add the noodles and boil for ~2 minutes
Drain the noodles and add to the vegetables, chicken, and broth, perhaps with some water depending on how much broth you would like
Heat for a bit longer before serving
