Unemployment in the US is at just 3.6% which is nearing full employment and shifting the power back to the workers. ✊🏼
Lower isn’t always better though, and at some point the percentage is low enough that wages exceed what a company can currently pay, resulting in increased prices and ultimately inflation. 📈
