Post modernism can be best understood as the belief that objectivity itself is an ideology. There is a Marxian core in the current day application of post modernism which came along with the embrace of Kimberlé Crenshaw’s intersectionality theory. This core brings to this otherwise disparate movement a focus around a victimhood / oppression narrative.
