Meditations and Learnings

The Strange Death of Europe: Immigration, Identity, Islam

by Douglas Murray

I finished this book today and I couldn’t possibly summarise it as I believe it to be one of the denser books that I have read. Nor could I possibly do justice to the argument made by Douglas Murray because, where some books could likely be condensed into a pamphlet, I feel Douglas makes the use of every last page to solidify his stance on what is a sensitive topic.
This isn’t optimistic reading, nor is it “light entertainment”, but I enjoyed the hell out of it and I feel much better for having dispelled some of my lingering ignorance on the migrant crisis and the slow decline of Western European culture.
