This is any form of argument in which the conclusion is assumed within one of the premises. If one were to argue that “it is wrong to be homosexual because being gay is immoral” this assumes that is wrong to be gay without giving any justification, presupposing the immorality within the statement itself.
This is a form of circular reasoning.
